Join Cooking Matters for a 6 week class for adult diabetics. Learn more about nourishing your body by preparing healthy, low-cost meals. Classes are taught by a chef and a nutritionist.
You will get a free book, recipes, and a bag of groceries at the end of each class.
When: 6 Tuesdays from 10:00-12:00
