DESCRIPTION:This free program is designed to provide support to parent
 s up to 23 years of age.  The program has a support group that meets o
 n the second and fourth Saturdays of each month from 4-6 (from Aug 14-
 Oct 9 SPARK will be providing a free parenting class during this time)
