What
The purpose of doing Supermarket Saturday food drives is to receive much-needed donations of food for the FamilyWorks food bank. These events involve interacting with community members and handing out flyers indicating the types of canned food the Food Bank needs. We also receive food donations from shoppers.

Who
Individuals and families with school aged children are welcome!
How Many
Four-five volunteers for each one hour shift. Feel free to sign up for multiple shifts! If you are coming with your family or friends, please sign each person up for a shift. Please give us plenty of notice if you need to cancel so we can find a substitute. Thank you!
Additional Information
• You will receive a confirmation in your e-mail when you sign up.
• If there are no more slots available, you can email Volunteer Coordinator Kat Johnson to be added as a back up. Sometimes volunteers can’t make it on that day for a number of reasons and we love to have back ups in case that happens!
• There is a math problem at the bottom of the sign up sheet to verify that you are an actual person.
• You will receive a Reminder in your e-mail 3 days before the event
If you are 16-17 years old, you can volunteer unaccompanied. You will need to download a copy of the Under 18 Volunteer Application, have your guardian sign it and bring it to the food drive.
